PARTNER UNIVERSITIES
A Global Academic Network
The MCA is delivered through a network of leading universities operating within a shared global framework, combining consistency in what is taught with flexibility in how it is delivered.
INTRODUCTION
Each partner institution develops and delivers its own MCA program, aligned to global standards, adapted to local context, and open to participants from around the world.
Partner universities are not extending existing programs — they are establishing a new model that integrates governance, finance, and urban systems, and prepares participants for leadership roles in complex urban environments.
FOUNDING ACADEMIC PARTNERS
The first implementations of the MCA model are under development.
THE PARTNER MODEL
A global standard, delivered locally
The MCA is not centrally delivered. Instead, it is implemented through partner universities that build on a shared curriculum framework to create programs that are:
Locally relevant
Globally applicable
Consistent in quality and outcomes
Each institution ensures that its program reflects the realities of its regional context while maintaining alignment with the MCA standard.
